M14: Hungarian interface catalog (hu) (#545)

* M14: Hungarian interface catalog (hu)

Magyar joins the interface languages as a complete catalog, so Preferences and hu locales show commands, dialogs, panels and notices in Hungarian. Wording uses informal "te" and nouns for commands; the strings were written from the meaning of the English labels.

* Small grammar correction

* hu: restore trailing spaces in run-on labels; add the recent-files labels and labels that reach tl!() through a variable
