i18n: add Italian (it) interface translation (#494)

* i18n: add Italian (it) interface translation

- Complete it catalog (about 2,000 entries); it and it_* locales use it
- Fonts test covers the Italian catalog; ▸ written as > like fr/es/ru, since Inter has no ▸
- Docs, attribution and ROADMAP
