M11: Copy Image reads JBIG2; the parity table no longer lists lossless JBIG2 as missing

Copy Image and Copy Image in Original Format go through Export's
decoder, which reads JBIG2 now, so the view.copy-image parity note no
longer lists JBIG2 as missing. docs/target-app-parity.md's optimize row
lists JBIG2 symbol coding and lossy JBIG2 as missing instead of
monochrome JBIG2, with a status line and a revision row.
