M3: a document that asks to open in Full Screen mode asks first (/PageMode /FullScreen) (#2086)

* M3: a document that asks to open in Full Screen mode asks first (/PageMode /FullScreen)

The Initial View option "Open in Full Screen mode" was written and read
but never acted on when opening. Now the app asks, as Acrobat's alert
does: Full Screen enters it, Not now leaves the window as it is. A
document cannot take the screen on its own.
