Merge PR #2758: M14: complete and review the Czech catalog

Browse Source 
ATTRIBUTION.toml: kept main's sha; rehashed after all merges.
ROADMAP.md: both progress-log lines, newest first.
crates/ui-egui/src/i18n/cs.tsv: both sides' entries, no duplicate keys.
docs/localization.md, docs/roadmap.md: main's single paragraph and row, with the PR's Czech wording applied.
