Smart collections whose rules all have an equivalent (rating, pick, label,
edited, ISO/focal/aperture, text rules, nested groups) become smart albums;
others stay static with the unmappable rule named in the report. Folder
stacks keep Lightroom's order and collapsed state; reimport skips photos
already stacked. Report gains smartAlbums, smartAsStatic and stacks.
Also satisfies clippy 1.99's chunks_exact_to_as_chunks in spots.rs.

write-ups of the catalog format and synthetic test catalogs.
