Promote offline Local masters and virtual copies, count each promotion once, and dismiss visible import results when switching libraries. Avoid cloning catalog operations solely for cache invalidation and borrow full-strength develop patches without serializing unused settings. Cover promotion/undo/reimport, cache rollback and undo/redo, and visible result dismissal.
