Keep main's data-safety work (ui.json recovery and atomic writes, library-problem
window, off-thread file checks, import Cancel) and wrap its new strings: import
cancel/progress messages, the library-problem window and banner, and the new
Back Up / Restore Library menu items now have Japanese translations.
