Davit MatchakhelidzeandClaude Opus 5.5 d31beba9b5 i18n(ka): translate the 559 What's New lines missing in Georgian ...

Every line of docs/whats-new.md on main 479a05a0 now has a Georgian entry
in ka.json (headings, dates, bullets and their continuation lines, keyed as
the What's New dialog looks them up). Code spans, numbers, camera and product
names are kept; menu paths use → as the rest of the catalog does.
Catalog count 3,616.
