Update from main and remove Windows fixtures shared with #2004. Supply both
missing labels in all 13 catalogs and use the shared ControlSpec slider for
keyboard steps, exact entry and reset. Add localization and idle-keyboard
regressions, document control IDs, and retain the partial #2056 scope.
