Conflict in panels/dialogs.rs: keep upstream's PQ/HLG HDR curve choice
and route both labels through i18n::tr. Czech for the new strings:
8 catalog entries (import, missing files, GPU notice, mask overlays),
3 format strings (other editor, identical copies) and the HLG label.
