Every message another catalog knows is now in the German, Spanish, French, Japanese and Ukrainian catalogs (plain and formats): 927 plain and 34 format messages added or translated, following each catalog's existing terminology, register and punctuation; placeholders unchanged. Menu paths inside translated text use → (the UI font has no ▸). Values identical to English are kept only where correct (ISO, Display P3, words spelled the same, language self-names, placeholder-only formats). Measured: de 97%, es 98%, fr 97%, ja 99%, uk 99% of 2,398 catalog messages. pt-BR, ru, zh-hans and zh-hant are left to their open PRs. Agent-made translations: native-speaker review welcome. Also fixes the Rust 1.99 clippy lint chunks_exact_to_as_chunks in pipeline/spots.rs that fails `cargo xtask ci` on main. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
