Brandon ThomasandClaude Opus 5.5 8c253b28ad LR-LIB-PEOPLE: a sidecar that states mwg-rs:Regions replaces the photo's regions, even when empty ...

Re-reading a sidecar whose region list was emptied by a region-aware app now clears the stale
regions. A sidecar without mwg-rs:Regions at all (an app that doesn't do regions) says nothing about
them and the photo's regions are kept.
