Nathaniel LedfordandClaude Sonnet 5.5 79403a5680 Albums: create albums, smart albums and folders inside a folder from its context menu

The dialog.new* commands take the folder to create in, the dialogs
remember it, and the Albums tree opens the folders down to the new row.
