Nathaniel LedfordandClaude Opus 5.5 3c9a6d7459 LRC-LIB-KEYWORDS: photos in Recently Deleted don't hold keywords ...

The tree and the counts leave out photos in Recently Deleted (and those
only browsed), but `keyword_path`, `has_keyword` and purging read every
photo: a keyword only a deleted photo had couldn't be created again,
wasn't purged, and could lend its spelling. They now read library
photos only, as the tree does.
