SortKey::Random orders photos by a splitmix64 rank of (Sort.seed, id): same seed gives the same order, and added/edited photos never reshuffle the others. library.sort takes an optional seed; library.shuffle picks a new one (below 2^53 for JSON clients). Menus gain Random and Reshuffle; Ascending/Descending are disabled for Random. No effect in Recently Added (always newest import first). Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
