A keyword made from Keywords' + is shown (the section and its parents open); a
press on a header button never starts a section drag; a section dragged to the
top edge scrolls past a pinned header again (only a drag picked up by the
pinned header waits until it has left it). Tests that could not fail are
replaced, and the parity rows say what the code does.
