LR-EDIT-SECTION-SOLO: Solo Mode for Edit sections

Browse Source 
Window > Edit Sections > Solo Mode (view.soloSections {on?}) and a right-click on
any section header turn it on: opening one section closes the others. Option-click
on a header opens just that section once. Kept with the UI state (singlePanel).
