Catalog import: resolve catalog paths with craft-docpath's resolve_absolute (#2412)

doc_path::resolve uses craft_docpath::resolve_absolute; a path that resolves but is not absolute here is reported as not on this computer. Adds tests for Windows-form, GVFS-relative and colon-in-name paths, and a git-sources check in nix.yml and release.yml.
