Subject: [PATCH] CI: catalog's staging-link test module compiles only on Unix
 (clippy -D warnings on Windows)

`tests_staging` holds one `#[cfg(unix)]` test (#1502), so on Windows its
`use super::*` is unused and `cargo clippy --workspace --all-targets -- -D
warnings` (the clippy step of `cargo xtask ci`) fails in lightcraft-catalog.
Gate the module itself on Unix.
