i18n: add Finnish (fi) interface language

Browse Source 
Adds Finnish catalogs (fi.json, fi-formats.json), the language table entry
and menu command, Finnish tests, docs and an attribution row. What's New text
stays English, as in most catalogs.

AI-assisted translation (Claude Code), reviewed by a native Finnish speaker.
