LR-IMP-FORMATS: discover Sony SR2 and SRF files in folders

Browse Source 
Reuse the engine's import extensions in MCP and CLI discovery. Add
recursive, case-insensitive discovery tests and record that DSC-F828
SRF import remains preview-only.

Folder discovery, desktop file pickers, CLI and MCP share
`lightcraft_engine::import::EXTENSIONS`. The list includes formats that may open only from an
embedded preview or report a decoder error; an extension is not a promise of sensor decoding.
The 2026-10-12 release CLI check of the public DSC-R1 SR2 and DSC-F828 SRF samples found the
same photos and decode status through recursive and direct import. DSC-F828 moves from
unsupported to preview-only in the counts; sensor-decoding readiness is unchanged.
