DWAA1660andCodex d7174f8297 M2: preserve inherited formatting when entering empty cells (#70 )

Resolve input styles from the destination cell, row or column before
parsing. Preserve inherited alignment, borders and number formats for
single-cell and bulk entry, including text paste and array formulas.
