NetterSilver 47185eef1f XLSX export: a picture shared by several sheets is one media part (#985) ...

The writer gave every drawing its own xl/media/imageN part even when the pictures
had the same bytes, so a workbook with one logo on 16 sheets grew 16 copies of
it on a plain open and save. Out::image_part now returns the existing part when
an identical picture was already written (same extension and bytes), and every
drawing's relationship points to it, as Excel stores a copied picture.
