MH 62e52004f8 Keyboard: Ctrl+Shift+= and Ctrl+- act on whole rows and columns at once ...

With whole rows or whole columns selected, Excel inserts or deletes them
directly; it asks which way to shift only for other selections. Both
shortcuts always opened the Insert or Delete dialog, an extra step for
the most common case.
