Harrison Booth 1fadf98a10 IMSQRT: reproduce Excel's stray real part for negative reals ...

Excel computes IMSQRT through the polar form, so IMSQRT("-4") is
1.22514845490862E-16+2i rather than 2i. Tests assert strings read back
from Excel; the function-parity doc lists the remaining IM* differences.
