DWAA1660andCodex 96b3ab3244 M2: document the supported offscreen snapshot example (#71) 
Point both contributor instruction files to the UI crate's snapshot
example and identify it as a command to run from a source checkout.
Verified the documented command produces a readable sales dashboard PNG.

formatting, sheets, sort/filter, tables, charts, CF, names, view, file).
