Undo stored the selection at the moment of undoing (wherever the user had
clicked) in the redo entry, so redo jumped back there instead of to the
cells it changed. The redo entry now keeps the undone step's selection.

file.open takes {csvAsText: true}: a CSV, TSV or TXT file opens with every field as the text
it holds, with no number, date or boolean conversion, so identifiers such as GTINs, SKUs and
ZIP codes keep their digits and leading zeros and save back unchanged. The default is
unchanged. The CsvOptions.parse_values switch already existed in the reader.

Clicking column B's header on a sheet with A2:C2 merged selected A:C,
because selection.set grows every area until merged cells are whole.
Excel leaves header selections alone: column B stays B:B and row 3 stays
3:3. Cell ranges still take merged cells whole (B1:B3 -> A1:C3).

- restore closing braces the line-level merges of side-by-side tests dropped
- new ChartData literals carry the palette field
- the filter-menu shortcut passes the row with the column
- #688's tab tests account for #851's All Sheets button
- Serbian margins for the ruler-margin labels

Excel stores the path of a linked workbook relative to the file that uses it, and rewrites it when the file is saved into another folder. The path was kept as text, so after Save As it named a file next to the new copy: a missing link, or another workbook with the same name. Relative externalLinkPath targets are now resolved against the folder the workbook was read from and written relative to the folder it is saved into (absolute when there is no relative path, on another drive).
home.rowHeight, home.autofitRowHeight and data.ungroup change row hidden
state without marking the edit structural, so SUBTOTAL(101-111) kept a stale
value. Found by the command-sequence fuzz (seed 3).

home.deleteRows/deleteColumns used only the last selected area. They now
take every area (or a comma list like "3:3,7:8"), merge them and delete
from the last to the first inside one edit, so it is one undo step.

apply_filter cloned and sorted the column's numbers for every row it tested,
O(n^2 log n). The threshold is now computed once per criterion with the other
column stats. Adds a test for top/bottom items and percent.

A `;`-separated CSV (the usual CSV where `,` is the decimal separator) was
rewritten with `,` on save: read_csv sniffed the delimiter but the result was
dropped, and save_bytes passed a hard-coded b','. file.save, Save As .csv,
file.exportCsv, file.saveBytes and gridcraft-cli convert all went through it.
The workbook now remembers the separator it was read with
(Workbook::csv_delimiter, set by read_csv) and a CSV save writes it back.
Workbooks not read from CSV, and .tsv/.txt sources saved as .csv, keep `,`.
Regression tests: `;`, `,` and tab .csv round trips byte for byte, new and
.xlsx-origin workbooks save with `,`, and open-by-path + edit + file.save on a
`;` file keeps `;` (also through exportCsv and saveBytes).
