Docs: Python mode in the formula bar (UI parity, functions, architecture, control protocol, roadmap)

ui-parity.md gains a Python mode row and a shortcut row for
Ctrl+Alt+Shift+P with its Mac form. function-parity.md's Python in
cells row names Python mode. architecture.md describes Python mode on
the shared editor, code_field and its stop keys, and drafts that follow
their sheet by its identity. control-protocol.md lists ui.pythonMode,
the editor's python flag in ui.inspect, and when ui.inspect leaves a
draft out.
ROADMAP.md records the progress.
