Fix subpixel bilinear interpolation leakage during 1:1 source texture
sampling in composite.wgsl load4, and guard against divide-by-zero /
subpixel noise amplification in OP_INVERT_ALPHA in fx.wgsl.

All fx_tests::gpu_effects_match_cpu_exactly test cases now pass on AMD
(Radeon RX 7900, Mesa 26.2.2, Vulkan) within EXACT (1e-4) and 0.000% flips.
