RicSchonfelder 9a4a85d8e1 i18n: Brazilian Portuguese (pt-br) joins Edit > Language ...

Language::PtBr is persisted as pt-br and translated through a new
PORTUGUESE table with the same 347 menu labels as SPANISH, so every
translated key still resolves to a real menu item. The new
app.language.portuguese command checks, switches and restores the
language like the other three, and the native menu maps it back.
Cargo.lock is untouched.
