The manifest granted only xdg-pictures, on the premise that the portals make filesystem access unnecessary. But a project refers to its media by absolute path and the document portal exposes only the project file, so a project in ~/Videos or ~/Music opened with all its media missing. Grant the home directory and the usual external-drive mount points (/media, /run/media, /mnt), as other video editors on Flathub do; nothing system-wide.
