AganzeFelicite 855bbb328f refactor(text): Line::break_after for carets and selections ...

Carets, clicks and selections asked `para_end && !last_line` to mean
"the line ends with a break char". Record that on the line instead, so a
break that doesn't end the paragraph can use the same rules. No
behaviour change: today only a newline ends a line early.
