Every draft catalog translates every string again. - French, German, Brazilian Portuguese, Japanese and Korean: the 66 UI strings and 17 command labels added since they were drafted (cursor chat and spotlight, the plugin directory and its install dialog, Rename layers, the presentation, snapping and panning gesture labels, list levels, the rotation origin and placing with Enter, widgets, `view.pan`, `view.multiplayerCursors`, `proto.evaluate`...). - Simplified Chinese: the 46 UI strings and 12 command labels it lacked. - Latin American Spanish overlay: only the entries worded differently there, "Control" for a gamepad controller and "presiona" in the plugin directory hint (90 entries with the Enter keycap added in the previous commit). - Translated from our English in each file's existing conventions (French no-break spaces before colons, German formal address and "Umschalt"/"Strg", Brazilian terms, concise Japanese and Korean without polite endings, full-width punctuation in Japanese and Chinese, keycaps and placeholders kept). The catalogs stay drafts: `COMPLETE` still lists only Spanish. - docs/localization-parity.md: strings re-measured (1,417 UI keys, 536 command labels, 29 menu wordings: 1,982 entries), every draft at 100%, the "lacks the newer strings" notes removed, header and revision row. Localization grade unchanged.
