From review: the three-field models keep the values last typed while the colour is still theirs, so a chroma lowered to fit sRGB or a hue typed on a grey isn't lost on the next frame. One table per model (Polar) with its own field ids. lch()/oklch() read deg, rad, grad, turn and none through one helper, with a junk sweep. lch.rs reuses the sRGB transfer functions from profile.rs.
