zuujiscom 30149d765d FreeBSD package.sh: never run a FreeBSD target's binary on another OS
Review follow-up. With CARGO_BUILD_TARGET set on a host that is not FreeBSD (say an x86_64 Mac
building x86_64-unknown-freebsd), the architectures match but the binary still cannot run, so
the --version run is skipped there and the file(1) check is used instead.

Part of storytold/craft-common-actions#39.

# Build and package FigCraft for FreeBSD:
#
# $DIST/figcraft-<version>-freebsd-x86_64.tar.gz a /usr/local-style tree:
# figcraft-<version>-freebsd-x86_64/{bin, share/applications, share/icons, share/mime,
# share/metainfo, share/doc/figcraft}
# bin/ holds figcraft, plus figcraft-cli once apps/figcraft-cli exists.
#
# Install by copying the tree's contents into /usr/local:
# tar -xzf figcraft-<version>-freebsd-x86_64.tar.gz --strip-components 1 -C /usr/local
#
# Usage: packaging/freebsd/package.sh [--skip-build] [--dry-run]
# --dry-run stage the tree from stub binaries and list it, without building (works on any OS)
#
# Needs: bash, cargo, and the packages installed in .github/workflows/freebsd.yml.
