The outer batch passes a command.batch step on as written, so the inner
steps' `$step` references point at the inner batch's steps. The docs say
that `$step` is a reserved key in step params.

A drag with the Text tool now makes a fixed-size box (the drag's size, at
least one line tall) instead of a fixed width with an auto height.

bflatastic 8616f3d1c5 #305: save a file from a snapshot encoded elsewhere 
FileSnapshot takes what saving writes, encodes it (thumbnail and all) on any
thread, and writes it back as of the snapshot: edits since stay unsaved, and
bytes from before another save never overwrite the newer file.
