Dylan M. Taylor 887676207a ci(sonar): exclude the generated coverage-archive tree from analysis 
CI unpacks a coverage archive containing a build-generated locales.rs (the
i18n table from crates/ui-egui/build.rs) into coverage-archive/. Scanning it
made almost all new code duplicated (new_duplicated_lines_density 67.8%).

Dylan M. Taylor c1a4f2d954 ci: add sonar-project.properties for CI-based analysis 
Marks the project ineligible for SonarCloud Automatic Analysis, resolving the
CI-vs-automatic-analysis conflict so the SonarCloud workflow succeeds.
