M7: ROADMAP refresh: weighted depth ~68%, updated estimates and gap list (#51)

Browse Source 
Recompute the totals from the parity table after the day's merges
(feature depth ~58% to ~68%; remaining feature work 76-130 h for one
agent), refresh the gap-list prose (bidi text, version previews and
autosaves landed), milestones, test count, next steps, and regenerate
docs/parity.md (196/201).
