arnav-hiwarkarandClaude Opus 5.5 8606f54a64 Fix #2573: New Composition From Footage creates a composition ...

The empty Composition viewer's button only ran File > Import, so the picked
file landed in the Project panel and no composition was made. file.import
now takes newComp: when the import lands (at once or when its background job
applies), what it made becomes one composition via New Comp from Selection.
