Fabio LussiandClaude Opus 5.5 4e8a906fae Rotation: dragging the degrees field can go negative ...

The degrees field shows the remainder's size, so a drag was applied to the size and
the sign was re-applied afterwards; past zero it flipped back to positive. A drag now
moves the angle itself. Fixes #569
