FootageItem had no replaceWithSequence, setProxy, setProxyWithSequence or
setProxyToNone, useProxy and proxySource were fixed stubs, and mainSource
was a new object on every read with no conformFrameRate. They now run the
existing commands (file.replaceFootage, file.setProxy, file.useProxy,
file.setProxyNone, file.interpretFootage); the item info reports the proxy
and the conform/native frame rates, and mainSource is one live
FootageSource per FootageItem. replaceSource is not covered: it needs an
engine command that changes a layer's source.

A script asks a light's options for "ADBE Casts Shadows", which returned null. The light's option
is named "Casts Shadows" here, so the lookup never matched. The name is now an alias for the
castsShadows property, and a regression test checks the lookup returns the property.

Inside a function wrapper such as (function () { ... })(), boa places a ReferenceError at the start of
the function, so a script's error was reported at the wrapper's first line rather than the line that
failed. The first use of the undefined name in the code is now the position, and boa's frames remain
the fallback. Thrown errors and object-model errors already report their own lines. A regression
test covers a thrown error, an undefined name, and an object-model error inside a wrapper.

Both returned their input unchanged. They now go through the layer's transform and its parents'
at comp time, and the inverse.

setInterpolationTypeAtKey and setTemporalEaseAtKey act on effect parameters
(a Slider Control's slider and a 3D Point Control), not just transform
properties. Verified on current main; lock it in with a script regression
test driving the per-key methods through the property object.
Opening movies in place (#796) skipped the whole-file bytes #827 read the
track matrix from, so the pool and the probe lost the turn for movies on
disk. stream::movie_header reads just the ftyp and moov boxes (bounded,
positional reads) and both in-place paths derive the orientation from it.

A running script reached `prefs.set` through `app.run` and could turn on
Settings > Scripting & Expressions > Allow Scripts to Write Files and Access
Network (or turn off Warn User When Executing Files), which the File, Socket
and system.callSystem gates then read: the permission the user withheld was
the script's to take.
Commands a script issues now go through `Session::execute_for_script`, which
marks the session as running for a script for the command and everything it
runs (engine.batch, ScriptUI callbacks, scheduled tasks). While it is,
`prefs.set` refuses any change that would leave the Application Scripting
settings different (compared on the resulting settings, so dotted keys,
whole-page objects and batches are all covered), and a script's
`prefs.reset` keeps them as the user set them. Command scripts read from a
file (File > Scripts > Run Script File... with .json/.jsonl) count as
scripts too. The UI, CLI, control channel and MCP still change them.

LayerCollection.addSolid dropped its fifth argument, so layer.newSolid
fell back to the composition's pixel aspect. The wrapper now passes
pixelAspect through; layer.newSolid already validates it.

`effectcraft-cli script FILE` passes the file's text to script.run, which
ran a compiled .jsxbin script as JavaScript and failed with "SyntaxError:
unexpected '@'" at 1:1, while file.runScript already says .jsxbin isn't
supported.
script.run now refuses a script named `.jsxbin` or whose text starts with
the `@JSXBIN@` header, with file.runScript's message (one shared
constant). The check is in the command, so the CLI with or without
--bridge, MCP run_script and the Script Console all report it.
Tests: engine_entry_points (by header and by name), script_file_and_eval
(the CLI exits 1 with the message and no SyntaxError).

Composition Settings ▸ Advanced has both options (they were missing from the model, the
renderer and the dialog):
- Preserve frame rate: nested in another comp, the comp shows only its own frames
(`EvalCtx::nested_time` floors the precomp layer's source time to the nested comp's frame
rate; used for the nested frame, its proxy, aux channels, collapsed transformations and the
viewer's internal wireframes), and the Render Queue renders it at its own rate whatever the
Frame Rate override (`RenderSettings::rate`).
- Preserve resolution: nested in a comp rendered at Half / Third / Quarter, it renders at full
size and the buffer's scale places it.
- `comp.settings {preserveFrameRate, preserveResolution}`, `comp.info` reports them, scripts
read and set `CompItem.preserveNestedFrameRate` / `preserveNestedResolution`, Pre-compose
copies them, and the dialog registers `dialog.comp.preserveFrameRate` /
`dialog.comp.preserveResolution`.

The getters were registered as keySpatialInTangent / keySpatialOutTangent,
so scripts using the documented After Effects names failed with
"TypeError: not a callable function" (setSpatialTangentsAtKey and the
other keySpatial* methods already use AE's names).
