Poison recovery, OsStr::to_str and char predicates only; S4325 casts are
f64 to f32 and stay.

The Timeline draws the Video switch (the eye) on every layer's row, nulls,
cameras and lights included, but set_switch_others and hide_other_video
skipped cameras and lights: Alt-clicking the eye of a selected layer neither
set them apart with the selection nor hid them with the rest.
Both now use the rule the eye cell shows: every layer but track mattes.
Footage paths stored in a project are resolved through craft-docpath against
the project file when it is opened or imported: relative paths are taken from
the project's folder, and an item whose path is on another computer, names a
device or is a non-file URL is marked missing without being looked at. The
footage check, the changed-on-disk scan, Reload Footage, Relink, Edit Original
and Reveal in Finder resolve the path again before touching the file, and the
Project panel, Metadata panel and waveforms read no file details of missing
footage.
Lottie image assets are resolved against the Lottie file; one on another
computer is skipped with a warning. Files a 3D model names are read only when
local or on the model's own share.
Reveal in Finder refuses a folder that would open as an app or other bundle.
Files imported or relinked in this session are opened as given.
Every layer gets the Video switch (eye) in the Timeline (nulls, cameras and lights
were excluded by an is_av() check). A selected layer whose eye is off no longer
draws its box, handles, anchor or paths in the viewer. Alt-click on an eye and
Layer > Switches > Hide Other Video now take nulls along.

- Cryptomatte (#1183): planes shorter than the image read as empty instead of panicking.
- layer.addMarker (#1180): a comp marker no longer replaces one at the same time.
- Desktop (#1005): ignore macOS's -psn_ argument instead of refusing to launch.
- Doc comments put back on their own items (#1153, #1037).

layer.sampling takes `toggle`: layers that all have the sampling already get the
other one. The Bilinear and Bicubic menu entries, which carry the keys, pass it.

Three places built file URLs by string concatenation: Edit Original
(`file://{path}`), the Reveal commands via folder_url (`file://{dir}`) and
File.execute (`file://` with only spaces replaced by %20). On Windows that
produced `file://C:\Users\...`, and any path containing `#`, `%`, `?` or
non-ASCII characters named the wrong file (or none).
Add layer_menu::file_url: backslashes become `/`, drive paths get the third
slash (`file:///C:/...`), and bytes outside the plain path characters are
percent-encoded (UTF-8 for non-ASCII). folder_url, edit_original and
execute_file use it.
Tests: file_urls_are_well_formed, folder_url_names_the_containing_folder,
edit_original_opens_an_encoded_file_url, execute_file_opens_an_encoded_file_url.

The renderer follows X, Y and Z Position once those channels exist. The Position command was writing only the combined property, so the layer stayed where it was.
- Locked layers can't be selected (Timeline click, Select All, Ctrl+Up/Down; shy layers while
hidden too) and are left alone by Clear/Delete, Arrange, Layer ▸ Transform and Center Anchor
Point, which fail when every target is locked (`commands::unlocked`, `commands::selectable`).
- Deleting a parent unparents its children where they are, in the same undo step: the
pick-whip compensation moved out of `layer.setParent` into `layer::parent_fixes` /
`ParentFix::apply`, which now also handles separated X/Y Position.
- Bring Forward / Send Backward move each selected layer one step (a non-contiguous selection
was squeezed into one block).
- Center In View / Fit to Comp keep a 3D layer's Z (and Fit keeps Scale/Anchor Z); Reset /
Center / Fit / Center Anchor Point work with separated dimensions (`layer::update_position`).
- Duplicate and paste keep parents and track mattes, following the copies when both were
copied; paste dropped them always.
- Docs: agents, parity.

Implement 20 formerly disabled menu stubs: Look at Selected/All Layers
(2D viewer fit, 3D view cameras, active camera), Switch View Layout (1/2/4
views in the viewer) and Share View Options, Create Camera from 3D View,
Add Output Module (every module encodes the item's frames), Pre-render
(queue + Import & Replace Usage post-render action), Save Current Preview,
RotoBezier / Convert To Bezier Path, Group / Ungroup Shapes, Set First
Vertex, Free Transform Points, mask Motion Blur (sub-frame mask samples),
Feather Falloff (smooth/linear), Hide Locked Masks, and workspace
save / save as / edit. Tests incl. undo.

- Integrate main (render queue, timeline/keys, time remap, masks/pen, 3D, MCP/CLI).
- Menu tree now runs renderQueue.add, layer.enableTimeRemap, layer.timeReverse,
layer.freezeFrame/OnLastFrame, prop.separateDimensions, mask.setClosed,
layer.cameraSettings, view.3d.* / view.3d.last / view.reset3DView, main's
layer.autoOrient and keyframe velocity/interpolation/time-stretch dialogs;
matching stubs deleted (view.3d.default stays disabled).
- Keyframe clipboard is main's (keys.copy/paste); Paste Reversed Keyframes
reuses it. Animation-menu commands moved to commands/animation.rs.
- Main's spec menu paths/labels aligned with AE (Camera Settings under
Layer > Camera, "..." labels, Freeze On Last Frame).
