fix(pdf): align nesting regression with shared parser (PDFR)

Browse Source 
Integrate main while preserving the qualified shared-reader migration.
Assert that excessive inline nesting is rejected before adapter conversion,
returning zero pages and the existing NoPages error without partial art.
