Akash Bhat c310cf72ed fix(compose): enable Norwegian hyphenation patterns ...

Enable hypher/norwegian in designcraft-compose so no/nb/nn map to the bundled hyph-no.tex patterns. Add unit + composition regression tests, NOTICE attribution, and update parity docs.

Fixes #535.
