Resolves conflicts in ROADMAP.md, people.toml, dialogs.rs, i18n.rs,
menus.rs, panels/interactive.rs and localization-parity.md. Adds Czech
entries for the strings that arrived on main (catalog covers every key
again) and drops two stale ones. New terms follow the existing catalog
(Náhled separací, Pomocné prvky, Uvnitř/Vně, Pravidlo pružné stránky).
