Conflict: ROADMAP.md, crates/compose/src/breaker.rs, crates/compose/src/tests.rs: next's side (main lacks #129's mojikumi elasticity, which next combines with #293; the maintainer's #293 merge applies the fit tolerance and overfull-word shrink after a line's last tab, as next does)
Auto-merge duplicated #295's split_columns_import_and_round_trip in idml tests.rs; kept one copy. #196 comes in whole.
