Claude b09233ab58 macOS: accept .idml on the app icon when another app owns the type ...

When InDesign is installed it exports its own type for .idml, which
overrides the type DesignCraft imports, so the IDML entry in
CFBundleDocumentTypes no longer matches: Finder refuses the drop on the
app's icon and Open With leaves DesignCraft out (Dock drops still work).
Add a separate entry by extension, which matches whatever type the file
has.
