Each squash equals its landed PR head (fetched to refs/remotes/pr-landed/N). Comes in with #222. - #223 (c3d8a07): `mode.interpolate &= self.interpolate` and the decode check in lossless. The decode check is on next; the interpolate line is not, because next has no Exporter `interpolate` field and RasterMode::for_standard already turns interpolation off for every standard, PDF/A included.
