aiongg 79d09395f5 Integration: #1503 eyedropper ...

The merge of PR #1503 took main's and #1080's merged picker as is; this applies the eyedropper's own delta on top of upr/1080 (canvas::color_at, drag-from-picker in dialogs.rs, tests, picker strings). Conflicts: dialogs.rs kept the single-fire Enter/Esc handling with the eyedropper's trimmed OK key; the i18n tables keep both sides' entries.
